RETURN POLICY

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY as of June 21, 2022

  • We reserve the right to change or modify any of these terms and conditions contained in our return/exchange policy at any time and in our sole discretion. Any changes or modification will be effective immediately upon posting of the revisions on this site, and you waive any right you may have to receive specific notice of such changes or modifications. Your continued use of this website following the posting of changes or modifications will confirm your acceptance of such changes or modifications.
  • Merchandise may be returned within 10 days of the delivered date. We will only accept return items that are unwashed, unworn, and undamaged with all original tags attached. 
  • We are not responsible for orders that are not delivered due to customer providing an incorrect address. Please be sure to double check the delivery address you provide. 
  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON SALE ITEMS AND SWIMWEAR.

 

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Return Instructions Email us at Mai.Hilahila.808@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. 
  2. Securely package and mail your returns to the address below with a copy of your invoice. We recommend that our customers return your items with tracking. We are not responsible for items that are not properly returned.
